Under general supervision, designs and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Utilizes needs assessments to design and develop courses that are responsive to current learner and business needs.
Works closely with Instructional Designers, managers, subject matter experts, and training delivery teams to ensure solutions satisfy the needs and engages the target audience.
Ability to design for multiple delivery methods – online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor led.
Designs and develops training measurement plans for program evaluation leveraging Kirkpatrick Training evaluation model.
Integrates feedback from training measurement plans, which includes learner satisfaction, proficiency, and performance, into course design.
Uses instructional design processes and adheres to standards and guidelines.
Knowledge and experience with online training development tools like Articulate Storyline 2.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
3 - 5 years instructional design experience.
- 1 + years multimedia experience.
