Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition leader who will be responsible for strategic design, execution, and leadership for all North America Corporate and Executive sourcing and recruitment. This leader will empower their team members to build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber talent through innovative recruitment initiatives and developing meaningful business relationships.

In addition to their Recruitment focus, and in partnership with a variety of internal and external resources, this team member will be responsible for the organizational assessment and selection philosophy and strategy across Talent Acquisition.

This team member will benefit from a high level of business and HR visibility, reporting directly to our Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition.

Job Description

Oversees all key talent acquisition metrics and align fiscal year initiatives against those metrics. This includes monitoring progress and adjusting resources and strategies throughout the year as needed.

Builds long-term capability and processes within the talent acquisition function. This includes building and guiding a strong team of full cycle recruiting consultants and growing their capability through mentoring, coaching, and training. Partners effectively with sourcing team and recruiting associates. Ensures and fosters a high touch, positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Partners on integrated marketing programs to develop various social media methods to deliver customized value propositions by channel. Ensures identification and acquisition of talent aligns with growth initiatives.

Drives effective partnerships with key HR Functions: College Recruiting, HR & Talent Acquisition Operations, and Talent Management.

Actively participates as a member of the talent acquisition leadership team to drive and evolve the talent acquisition philosophy, processes and key initiatives. Works closely with key stakeholders: HR Managers/HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure that talent acquisition is in alignment with strategic business initiatives, headcount, and budget considerations.

Develops and implements talent assessment team and tools that help strategically identify top talent for key roles and that effectively provide indicators for on-the-job performance and retainability.

Develops and drives diversity recruiting initiatives across the business in alignment with Level 3 diversity and inclusion strategies.

5-7 years related experience and 1+ year previous supervisory / leadership experience preferred.
