Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)** :

  • Communicates and coordinates sales information to and from operations, sales, marketing, product, finance and others.

  • Helps to ensure that the needs of the sales force and customers are being met.

  • Handles issues between sales and operations on behalf of significant customers.

  • Participates in project activities.

  • Assists with training customers and/or sales employees on products/services and processes. May visit customer site.

  • Identifies potential sales business operations issues.

  • Resolves routine problems and concerns.

  • Creates reports, analyzes accounts and makes recommendations.  Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices. 

  • Weekly updating of GITS revenue tracing worksheet

  • Reviewing SalesForce opportunities and matching to completed SOW documents

  • Tracking sales "bookings" and reconciling to revenue forecasts

  • Keeping track of new closed deals to be sure they get updated for commissions to the CTL people

  • Add closed status and dates and attach SOWs in salesforce.com at http://salesforce.com/

  • Working with Sales Team to verify salesforce.com at http://salesforce.com/ data

  • Assisting with revenue forecasting and compiling pipeline with VP Sales

  • Presentations for revenue and sales activity

  • Working with VP Sales to validate pipeline opportunities
