Job Description:

Lead in the team effort to design, develop, code, test and debug new complex software or significant enhancements to existing complex software in the Corporate Systems Identity Management and Workplace Self Service application domain. Lead review of input for documentation of new or existing software. Apply existing and introduce new and approved technologies to develop solutions. Lead others in the application of principles, theories and concepts and use of methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects. May lead team to select and manage vendor.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum 7 years related experience.

Effective communications, interpersonal, and analysis skills.

Work experience with major business computer applications.

Development experience with the following technologies:

  • UNIX, Linux

  • Java & J2EE, HTML, web service

  • Software Configuration Management tools

  • Weblogic

  • Apache

  • Oracle DBMS

  • Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) preferred

  • Oracle Access Manager (OAM) preferred
