This position is responsible for managing the consumer segments end to end order tracking from point of sale to completion. Additional responsibilities include customer and product trends, linking operating metrics to sales trends, and effectively communicating gaps to be resolved. The incumbent will work with Marketing staff, Product Managers, Strategy Managers, IT, Operations, and lead cross functional teams.
Plans, develops, and implements end to end order tracking
Directs the development of company process of order flow
Manage details of the Marketing process and workflow, including coordinating strategies
Determine priorities of initiatives through effective collaboration with the Business Development team and leaders.
Provide technical guidance to direct reports within the Marketing team.
Manage and maintain the marketing budget by preparing accurate monthly reports of departmental expenditures
Develop and maintain accurate, current database(s)
Research information requests
Govern Marketing projects, activation, and go-to-market plans
Regularly provide management with intelligence such as customer behaviors, company efficiencies, and sales trends
Monitor current programs and make modifications when needed
Work with key vendors on communications development and delivery
Work with cross-functional teams to communicate and drive alignment with Consumer Strategic goals and execution
Manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously under tight time frames
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
8+ years of related experience
Previous experience managing teams
Experience aggregating decentralized data / information into rational business analysis of performance
Strong project management skills from conception through completion
Able to review and make data supported conclusions regarding the performance and opportunities of the business
Ability to manage key tools, dashboards, and business assumptions across a multitude of product lines and market trends (Example metrics: penetration, close rate, ARPU, sales distribution, churn and other internal and external competitive benchmarks)
Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with key members of other internal groups
Strong Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communication skills, analytical, and decision making skills
Excellent organizational and attention to detail
Bachelors or Equivalent
