We have an immediate opening for a Specialist III that is responsible for SOV auditing for the Compensation Support Department. The Specialist III verifies orders in the various billing systems to ensure proper compensation to the sales participant that is supported by CenturyLink.
Review sales orders in various billing systems such as, but not limited to: Ensemble, Latis, Vantive, BRM, CABS, Parallel, SOM
Uses available resources to complete work assignments such as, but not limited to: Sales Force, Pramata, SORRT tool, Casper, Ebill, Savvis
Assist supervisor with various projects as needed
Works under limited supervision
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, billing or similar duties equivalent in training and experience.
3 years of relevant experience in a clerical or administrative position performing similar duties and responsibilities or the equivalent in training and related experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office with the focus on EXCEL
Proficient problem solving skills
Motivated to be a team player
High School Diploma or Equivalent
