Job Summary

The consumer segment marketing team seeks a high-energy, data-driven marketer to drive national marketing strategies for the CenturyLink consumer high-speed internet product portfolio.

Job Description

  • Develop best-in-class, data-driven consumer marketing strategies to position CenturyLink High-Speed Internet as the top of mind internet for service enabled US Consumers .

  • Translate high-level strategies into detailed, tactical plans that lead specific marketing initiatives inclusive of pricing, offers, positioning, tactics, product features and marketing/sales.

  • Develop sophisticated segmented and geo-based marketing approaches to win market share.

  • Forecast high-speed internet unit and revenue goals associated with marketing initiatives.

  • Actively monitor customer, network and product data to manage and direct product marketing tactics.

  • Inform broadband roadmap and network investment decisions thru partnership with product dev and management teams.

  • Define and track metrics and benchmarks to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.

  • Provide weekly/monthly readouts on product marketing KPI and associated initiatives to peer and executive stakeholders.





  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience

  • 6+ years related experience

  • Experience managing and directing marketing budgets and delivering results

  • Proven experience analyzing data to drive business decisions

  • Effective and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior leadership within the organization


  • Master’s Degree

  • Consumer service marketing (e.g. telecom, banking, cable or content streaming services).

  • Revenue and unit forecasting experience

  • Brand marketing experience.


Bachelors or Equivalent in Marketing

Masters or Equivalent in Marketing
