The consumer segment marketing team seeks a passionate customer advocate that will act with significant autonomy to develop and drive data-driven marketing retention strategies to reduce customer churn.
Forecast and deliver against customer churn goals.
Develop and implement data-driven consumer retention strategies to apply through various marketing channels and cross-divisional initiatives.
Translate high-level strategies into detailed, tactical plans that lead specific marketing initiatives.
Develop and enhance applications which support retention and loyalty.
Evaluate marketing initiatives and 1:1 messaging as a customer advocate – define, inform and influence approach to optimize for customer retention.
Define and track metrics and benchmarks to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
Provide weekly/monthly readouts on progress and performance of initiatives to peer and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
6+ years related experience
Background in customer lifecycle mgmt,CRM, and/or consumer services marketing
Proven experience in data analysis and driving data-driven business solutions.
Consumer service marketing (e.g. telecom, banking, cable or content streaming services).
Bachelors or Equivalent in Marketing
Masters or Equivalent in Marketing
