Job Summary

Lead the analysis of complex systems. Plan, design, evaluate, select operating systems and protocol suites and configure communication media. Lead team in resolution of interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms. Lead the support of clients by consulting and recommending solutions. Lead the analysis of capacity studies and recommend technical solutions for infrastructure growth. Lead in assessing new and/or advanced technical system technologies and recommend possible implementation strategies.

Job Description

  • Works with software engineering teams, BPO(s), and users, using agile methodologies, to define requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing, for newly-developed software products as well as enhancements to existing products.

  • Prioritizes work based on the value provided to the customer and to the market required.

  • Serve as Product Owner Partner for Agile scrum team, including ownership of the backlog, providing input at iteration planning, and the ability to promptly produce user stories and supporting artifacts in fast paced, rapid delivery, multi-project environment.

  • Serves as the primary IT liaison by working directly with Business Product Owner (BPO) andor other business stakeholders on assigned solution(s) in various stages from definition of parent-level user stories through launch of product or feature.

  • Collaborates with technical teams to produce user stories based on approved business cases, Minimum Viable Product (MVPs), and Minimal Marketable Features (MMFs) as defined by BPO; prioritizes development requirements.

  • Serves as a product expert, and understands the market and user workflow; works with Ievelopment to deliver solutions to meet end user and market needs.

  • Oversees product releases in an Agile environment, working with Ievelopment to deliver on commitments.

  • Champions user centered design, to help ensure that solutions are based on best practices, including working with UX team to develop wire frames and use cases/scenarios.

  • Monitors the solution development progress; iterates solution requirements with technology and quality assurance to ensure customer needs, schedule, and budgets are met.

  • Contributes to the development of business cases and business market requirements, addressing market opportunities.

  • Collaborates with BPO to ensure BPO is supported on go-to-market plans, including supporting market-facing roadmaps to communicate vision, as well as any materials or training necessary for the BPO to deliver solution training to internal staff to support launch.


Consulting Level Bachelor's degree. Typically with 8+ years of experience. 6+ years of experience with Master's Degree.
