Working as a member of our EMEA IT Business Analyst team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement across all values streams and products. Working within a LEAN framework the business analyst team are responsible for defining opportunities, completing the measure and analysis for improvement. They are also be responsible for control to ensure demonstrable business benefits
Identify opportunities for improvement across all value streams (quote to cash process)
Develop and present against the business value proposition
Define and document capabilities and features for improvement (Regional & Global solutions / process, system and data)
Provide solution consultancy to the EMEA non-IT business functions on process, system and data improvements
Lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and other techniques to effectively understand business problems and user needs within large complex projects.
Translate the business problem and user needs into a set of detailed requirements for the solution that align to best practice methodology, with the appropriate use of epics, features, user stories and defined acceptance criteria
Ownership from concept to delivery, including benefit realization
Experience working within the Telecommunications industry, within a Business analyst / change program management role
Be up to date with business analysis tools and techniques such as stakeholder assessment, business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, data modelling, facilitation and presentation techniques.
experience with Lean/ Lean Six Sigma (or similar methodologies)
experience using Agile PM/Prince 2 (or similar PM techniques)
Strong problem-solving & solution design skills
Strong influencer and exceptional stakeholder management at all levels
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict with stakeholders
Naturally curious / openness to contradictory opinions and flexible in your thinking
