Job Summary

The Director I – Alliances leads our Regional Alliance Managers team, who engage and work all Alliance opportunities in their respective regions. This will be a national team with Alliance Managers in various parts of the country.

This position can be based anywhere; travel depends on location

Job Description

  • Develop and implement overlay strategy to drive increased sales and revenue with direct sales team

  • Lead team of Alliance Managers by controlling OpEx, driving results, and educating direct sales on the combined goals

  • Drive agenda and collaborate with SI partners, enabling the partnership of their sales team and our sales team to deliver on sales goals

  • Grow net new business and new logo sales

  • Define and implement process to integrate partners with our team

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in a related field

  • 10+ years of experience leading alliance teams and producing results

  • Demonstrable success collaborating with a variety of teams in a highly matrixed environment to drive results and meet or exceed goals

  • Proven ability to bring together and partner with a variety of teams and business groups to enable your team to deliver results and stay focused on the goals.
