The Lead Offer Manager role will be reporting into the VP of Offer Management & Sales Operations organization within the GEAR business unit. This position will play a lead role in the analysis, pricing and development of offers to our Strategic Enterprise customers. The position will be responsible for creating internal pricing models for renewal and acquisition market opportunities including informing capital expenditure decision making. Position will work closely in partnership with line-level account professionals and up to senior sales leadership.
In the context of teamwork, partnership and mutual respect, provide the highest levels of Offer Management support for a defined team of Large Enterprise sales professionals within the WEST region of GEAR
Find ways to creatively structure customer offers which grow revenue and delight our customers while ensuring financial metrics meet/exceed the company’s requirements
Collaborate with Product, Network, Finance, Legal and other key stakeholder groups to remove obstacles and solve problems which enable us to provide winning solutions to our customers
You ask questions, get clarity, and proactively move to find solutions without waiting for others to tell you what to do
Solid financial modeling capabilities, analytical skills, and business case presentation proficiency
Experience with deal structuring and deal negotiation
Ability to manage complexity while maintaining attention to detail
Able to balance deadlines and priorities across multiple pricing requests with limited supervision
Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce familiarity
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfort and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, Economics, and/or Accounting preferred)
6-8 years of relevant experience
Pricing and Offer Management/CSG experience highly desirable
