Develops the Wholesale Marketing strategy associated with priority segments, products and business themes. Develops tactical programs and consistent delivery methodologies that drive successful execution of the go-to-market strategy across all Wholesale segments. Collaborates with key stakeholders, including product management, marketing, sales, finance, business unit executives, and external consultants, to uncover business opportunities and formulate strategic recommendations. Keeps apprised of opportunities and trends through competitive analysis, market research and industry knowledge. Writes and presents cogent presentations to senior management to articulate findings and various strategies. Maintains a high level understanding of products, pricing and strategy for the telecommunication industry.
Develop Wholesale Marketing strategy and business development programs to drive profitable revenue growth and value creation for CenturyLink and our wholesale partners
Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence. Provide updates and insights to executives regarding market opportunities
Review monthly financial performance and assess impact and effectiveness of marketing strategy and programs. Adjust tactics as needed to drive performance against strategic objectives
Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with sales, marketing and product management
Drive new product introduction to the wholesale channel. Coordinate with product management and marketing to bring new products to market in a timely and effective manner
Strategy lead for any promotions, spiffs and other incentives
Design and implement tactical program models in collaboration with Marketing Communications team that maximize execution resources, foster broad Sales engagement and enable consistent evaluation
Wholesale marketing and/or communications background required, including experience developing and executing marketing strategy and programs through cross-functional collaboration to drive broad implementation. Ability to clearly communicate strategic priorities across organizational levels.
Experience: 8+ years broad marketing and/or communications background required, including experience developing and executing marketing programs through cross-functional collaboration.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Master’s Degree a plus
Field of Study: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration

Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
8+ years broad marketing and/or communications background required, including experience developing and executing marketing programs through cross-functional collaboration. Strong project management skills across all organizational levels are critical. Experience directly managing a team for program implementation. Experience designing multi-layered campaign strategies, including event logistical coordination. Experience leveraging third-party agencies to complement internal strategies and capabilities. Must be skilled in core Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and Salesforce. Telecommunications experience a plus.
