Role includes development, maintenance, and presentation of the NetEx optimization portfolio, execution of the off-net access vendor aggregation networks management strategy (both TDM and IP), budget ownership of off-net access vendor aggregation reoccurring NetEx liability, planning and project preparation of NetEx optimization opportunities, creation of actionable optimization work packages, surveillance and expectation management of optimization work packages through the implementation process, and financial reconciliation of optimization operational actions.
Maintain near term and long range NetEx optimization opportunity plans
Identify and prioritize incremental opportunities for the optimization funnel
Collaborate with partner teams to deliver on re-term/re-rate NetEx management objectives
Proactively headroom-manage off-net access aggregation networks to support incremental revenue and enable optimization
Develop optimization work packages
Mitigate risk present encountered during workflow implementation
Forecast operational actions
Deliver on corporate NetEx optimization and synergy objectives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
6 - 8 years of related experience
4+ with a Master's Degree
Masters or Equivalent
Bachelors or Equivalent
