The Workflow Management (WFM) Team provides project coordination and administration support within Network Planning & Implementation (NP&I). The team is also tasked with providing a Service Delivery Management role delivering internal services for multiple business stakeholders.
Managing the delivery of various internal customer services.
Regular customer/stakeholder communication against project delivery plans.
Creating various reports to help demonstrate performance and identify trends.
Cross-functional coordination of various technical resources to achieve projects goals.
Identification of process gaps and facilitate process improvement.
Facilitating budget management and purchase orders to support business requirements.
Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders at a range of levels within the business both verbally and written.
Able to proactively manage required tasks against agreed project plans and performed across various technical teams, including the timely communication of risks and issues.
Able to manage competing priorities against various customers and varied types of work.
Good analytical skills including manipulating and summarising large data sets.
Able to suggest and agree simple working processes across multiple groups.
