The Role

The Sr Lead Process Analyst in Service Delivery is a service-driven individual who provides value-added contributions to the Service Delivery team. This role responsible for development, improvement, and knowledge of CenturyLink's processes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creation of current and future state processes, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, definition of business requirements & use cases, and other operational support documentation.

The Main Responsibilities

Leads complex, diverse and/or technical process development sessions for strategic programs

  • Works closely across business units to implement necessary process changes

  • Supports leadership with monitoring success of implemented processes

  • Acts as mentor to process team members

  • Assists teammates to work through resolution of complex issues

  • Acts as a process methodology SME

  • Develops and maintains close working relationships with key stakeholders to understand evolving issues and requirements

  • Understands upstream and downstream implications and dependencies, ensuring solutions are executed and properly coordinated

  • Supports the concept, definition, development, and operational components for automating processes

  • Represents the business throughout the cycle of a process/system change (business requirements, test cases, UAT, BETA, launch, on-going support)

  • Diagnoses root cause and execute solutions for process issues, and ensure timely problem resolution

  • Creates and maintains detailed process flows for multiple products, functional areas, and stages

  • Develops and manages detailed Standard Operating Procedure documentation to support new and existing processes

  • Works with stakeholders to develop training for new and changing processes

  • Assist with development of test use case scenarios

  • Ensures OTT teams are involved in UAT, and tracks progress

  • Other duties as assigned

What We Look For in a Candidate

BS/BA or equivalent demonstrated expertise in Operations, Technology or related field

  • 6+ years of process and system improvement experience

  • Lean Six Sigma exposure

  • Expert knowledge of CTL Systems and Processes

  • Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement principles, methodologies, and practices

  • Familiarity with IT processes, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) programs

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to turn a vision into a plan

  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities

  • Ability to be versatile when presenting to various audiences

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
