Job Functions

  • Responsible for fielding inbound online chats from potential and existing customers and for selling CenturyLink products and services on every chat

  • Performing credit reviews, establishing accounts in the billing system, and providing customer service and solutions to problems

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance targets

  • Exemplary oral and written communications skills

  • Strong customer focus

  • Excellent punctuality and work attendance history

  • Proficient in multi-tasking within several computer applications and databases

  • Able to handle a high volume of chats in a structured environment

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Department Hours of Operation:

  • Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm EST
