Job Summary

Consulting-level, highly analytical professional with strong business acumen to assist with the development of AI and conversational design platforms.

Job Description

  • Develop new AI conversations across our Consumer business

  • Develop, approve, and deploy conversation verbiage for AI

  • Document AI conversational flows

  • Drive containment and experience scores (NPS and Satisfaction)

  • Shadow subject matter experts to develop new use cases and intents

  • Produce regular reporting and analysis of AI performance

  • Create Adhoc reporting

  • Knowledge of large data storage and manipulation.



  • Can develop reports and effectively summarize the results

  • Good balance of technical aptitude and business acumen

  • Have excellent communication and written skills

  • Can work in a rapid, agile environment

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Applications


  • Experience with AI conversational product preferably Watson Assistant (2 to 3 yrs on Watson)

  • Experience documenting AI dialogs via Botmock (1+ yrs on Botmock)

Qualified candidates in alternate locations will be considered.
