Job Summary

Provide technical direction in the creation, delivery and integration of multiple and moderately complex software solutions. May translate business requirements into specific designs and/or participate in the design, evaluation and selection of IT solutions for software for a specific business process. Establish the current and future use of practice, metrics and methodologies to determine current and future solutions. Explore and evaluate new and approved technologies. Consult on the application of existing and new, approved technologies to develop solutions. Ensure the process of creation and delivery of design and solution in accordance with architectural direction.

  • Ability to effectively manage and deliver multiple projects to operational stability

  • Champion of the methodology by demonstrating ownership of all aspects of the development lifecycle

  • Support & ownership of all areas under their responsibility

  • Consistently show the ability to mentor others in the production of all artifacts

  • Able to influence the work of others in order to drive medium & large projects to successful completion through effective project management, customer interaction, and IT coordination

  • Able to effectively estimate the time it will take for themselves and others to perform tasks and are able to influence the team's work to be completed within those timeframes

  • Ability to mentor others in the business processes implemented in the team's applications in order to provide resolution to support problems

  • Effectively categorize support problems and respond with the appropriate level of urgency

  • Hands on with coding practices on multiple applications preferably mulitple functional areas using various technologies.

  • Ability to architect solutions for the business problem which maybe beyond their own applications

  • Ability to scale applications to meet the agreed upon business SLAs.

  • Collaborate and influence architects and operations team members to make the projects a success from inception to delivery

  • Adapts to continous change in our quest to get better everyday

  • Provide input to managers and project teams for effective capacity planning

  • Coordination between US and India team. Liaison with offshore support/ delivery team

  • Be the first point of contact for business for critical issues (Sev 1, Sev 2 issues), including triaging and closures, during US hours.

  • Responsible/ contribute to development, production support and maintenance working in conjunction with India team.

  • Work with stakeholders on managing ticket backlog & prioritization.

  • Coordinate with Business Users/ Architecture/ Solution Engineer on System Requirements. Participate in PI planning, RTB & IT operation review meeting (if required) meeting in coordination with India team.

  • Application stakeholder management and communication (IT Director/ Manager/ Business SPOC).


  • Consulting Level Bachelor's degree with typically with 8+ years of experience.

  • 6+ years of experience with Master's Degree.
