Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for Interns for Business Service Delivery Operations in Wake Forest, NC, Scottsdale, AZ and Denver, CO Area. Our internship will provide student interns with practical work experience designed to expand their classroom education and career path as they prepare for a profession in the Repair & Support Operations field in the Telecom Industry. Intern will support project management activities for the Repair & Support organization which includes market analysis, business case development, project assessment, schedule preparation, status/jeopardy reports, risk analysis, project status reports and post implementation analysis.

Job Description


  • Provide analytical support

  • Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Assist with coordination and tracking of projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and communications skills

  • Ability to work an end-to-end process

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills

  • Business case development skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Internet

  • Skilled in Microsoft Project

  • Knowledge of program/project management practices

  • Ability to manage multiple job responsibilities simultaneously

  • Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detailed oriented

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

  • Effective in a technical and changing environment

  • Flexible and adapts well to change

  • Professional appearance and attitude


Basic Qualifications:

  • Must submit a resume, transcript, and a letter of recommendation

  • Must have a 3.0 GPA or above

  • Must be classified as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student

  • Must be currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited College or University

  • Must major in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management, or Engineering

  • Must work 30 to 40 hours per week during the 10 week session
